Our interior refurbishment package includes barfitting, fitted wall seating, contract carpets and other commercial flooring, contract curtains, decoration and furnishings.

LAYOUT DRAWINGS
We can offer layout drawings for proposed projects commencing at £100 (Plus VAT). The advatages of having a layout drawing include eliminating expensive mistakes that can occur without a drawing and accurately specifying furniture quantities that would otherwise be guesswork.
HOW IT WORKS
You send us your room shape and dimensions. We then prepare a scale drawing of the space based on your brief. The scale drawing plan will include bars, flooring, fixed seating and furniture plus any additional items you may stipulate. We then e-mail the drawing to you. The above price includes for one re-design based on your thoughts and comments re the original.

BUDGET COSTINGS
When planning a new project you need to be in control of costs from the outset.. Once we have prepared a plan drawing we can take your brief re. required flooring types (hardflooring, wood effect, carpet etc), bar style, wall seating, furniture etc and submit a budget costs to you. Because the items listed above can be specified and measured accurately these costs can be relied upon as your scheme develops. We then help further by reminding you of other trades that need to be considered in your overall financial planning so there are no costly oversights brewing up in the background.
Our price to prepare the budget costing commences at £50 and rising depending on the size of the project.
KBS RECOMMENDATION
We strongly advise you to both consider and take steps to acquire an accurate scale drawing of your space. By having this you can see what works well, what might be moved elsewhere etc., not to mention the saving you may make by not ordering too much furniture for the designated area.
Our joint layout plan and budget costing commences at £150 (Plus VAT) and will give you the peace of mind of knowing you are in control of layout and budget.

CONCLUSION
You will now have both a scale drawing and a budget costing for items such as barfitting, flooring, wall seating and contract furnishings.
KBS will be pleased to quote for all aspects of the job but once you have purchased your plan and costing there is no obligation to KBS at all. You are then free to proceed in whatever manner you wish to carry out the works.
